Monroe Grill in Monroe

I work next door so I decided to get breakfast here. This place is way too expensive, my buddy and I both got the western omelette and a pop, they were $18 each! That’s a ridiculous price for a Coney Island type restaurant in Monroe. No receipt so who knows if I was overcharged on purpose.

Would give no stars if possible. Photo of mac and cheese looked delicious and homemade. Had it delivers to reab hospital, I have 2 broken legs. Ordercame it was cold box mac and cheese for$9 bucks! I called to complain Credit in store 9 bucks went to use credit next day, you must pick it up. Explained my injury , sorry must pick up. I then asked for them to credit account the refuse. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE FOOD SUCKS GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! OWNER IS RUDE AS WELL

Nice atmosphere. Have eaten here often. Food is good , little pricey however, portions are decent. Servers are hit and miss. Sometimes great Service other times very poor.. seems to be all or nothing. We stopped for coffee and dessert Tonite. Specifically ordered "fresh" coffee "please". Coffee was very old first and second. We asked for fresh pot. Coffee was worse with the "new pot". We are now searching for stomach medication to ease the symptoms of stomach pain. We are disappointed ☹️. It is not like this every visit

Nice place. Really broad menu. Everything we had was good. First time I ever tried dill pickle soup. It was quite good. I had stir fry. The sauce was teryiyaki and a little sweet for me, but good none the less. Wife's Super Nachos were great. Will return.

I ordered a salad it didn't have much of anything to it but two cucumbers lettuce and a little bit of meat. My girlfriends chicken salad was the same but had super dry chicken. We spoke to the owner and he did not act in a professional way he made a scene and told us to just get out. Very unprofessional. I do not recommend coming here especially with someone owning a business acting in that matter to their customers.

Very large selection of good foods on their menu. The proportions and quality of food were also great for us today. I had a very basic cheeseburger which was well-cooked and tasteful. They are especially known for their rice pudding as a dessert here.

Food is good but service is terrible. We have been there several times and when we managed to get food it was good. On two of our attempts to eat there we were seated but a server never came to take our order so we left.

Its a nice clean restaurant, the waitress was nice and on top of everything for us. The heat could of been turned up a little more on this cold day but i would return. The pizza was good its just like a home made one but just a little better. I would of gave 5 stars but i had a fly that wouldn't leave me alone.

The place is always clean and staff have been great. Good food so far. My only concern is the noise level. The acoustics are off some how and it's loud.

Excellent steak and cheese omelet. Made with chunks of steak. Very good swiss cheese. Great overall flavor. My mouth is watering just writing about it. Good pancakes with whipped butter. Rye toast was super soft and well buttered. Server was great too. Can't wait to go back.....

Really great place to go and eat. Never found anything yet there that hasn't disappointed me. A really great sit down to eat with the family. I'd recommend it to anybody.

It looks very nice inside. Their menu is huge which is not always a good thing when it comes to quality. The service was great, super friendly. I had the turkey dinner and my husband had the stuffed cabbage. Mine was decent, my husband didn't like the stuffed cabbage. The macaroni and cheese we had was ok but a little watered down. There is nothing that is really bringing me back to this place.

Great family dining. Excellent team of employees. Wonderful service. Yummy food. And Tuesday night Karaoke is great fun.

It's just a fancy name for a koney island with alcohol drinks available. Went here when they had the 1/2off entire menu special, wasn't happy with the order or overall experience. Would never come back and pay full price

Just ordered from doordash and I paid 9 dollars for kraft mac and cheese the pics of mac and cheese I saw looked homemade but thats not what I got I wish I could give 0 stars

I love the atmosphere, clean and modern. The waitstaff was nice and attentive, and the menu is very diverse. There is a little something for everyone. Prices are average highly recommend.

Great food but it's not a surprise given how beautiful the inside looks. Nice decor and designs. Now as for the food it has a nice scratch made quality with big portions and a certain freshness. Great place in monroe

A cup of soup 4 dollars but was good

Food was great value for money , very tasty , waitresses were very polite and attentive even when my order was wrong straight away it was dealt with . Also I would of have given an extra star just for the rice pudding I could of eaten buckets of it , definitely be coming back again soon to try more of the food they have to offer .

We Love their French Toast; it's amazing! They cook up amazing sausage links-- just like my Grandmother used to. The portion sizes are big, and the coffee is Great! We found a new favorite nice place to eat!
